Mr Siah Boon Hock was appointed to the Board of Chasen Holdings Limited since 2007. He is also the Managing Director for Hup Lian Engineering Group.

Ms Toh Boon Ngee was appointed as an Independent Director of the company on 17 November 2025 and was appointed as the Chairperson of Nominating Committee and she remains as a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
